Job Description
The Director of Estimating & Cost Management will lead and develop a team of Estimators and Cost Managers and the delivery of such services for a large-scale Semiconductor construction project. This can be a hybrid and/or remote + travel position for the right candidate. This individual will be responsible for ensuring service excellence in terms of service delivery, continued growth of our cost management service offering and client engagement.
Responsibilities include strong leadership skills, experience leading a cost management team, ensuring they deliver on all accountabilities, leading communications with the client and oversight of cost management team services, and leading research related to construction market conditions. Additional responsibilities include producing thought leadership reports, leading strategic and operational management of Cost Management Services, growing and developing exceptional people, knowledge and financial management, and preparation of proposals.
