NOVIPRO is seeking a Network and Security Specialist to join its internal NOC team in our managed services (MSP) division. You will work in a stimulating multi-client environment with varied network and cybersecurity technologies. This role will allow you to work with complex environments, contribute to Level 2 incident resolution, and actively participate in the continuous improvement of our operations. Responsibilities include integrating, installing, and configuring secure local networks, computer equipment, and applications; providing technical support to businesses and remote assistance to existing clients; analyzing and resolving network communication problems across different technologies; analyzing and resolving network security problems across different technologies; contacting vendors to resolve complex problems; automating and documenting certain network tasks; ensuring the maintenance and administration of systems and applications; diagnosing and addressing operational incidents related to networks; drafting deployment procedures and various technical documents; recording incidents and service requests in the ticketing system; informing stakeholders of the progress of their requests by effectively communicating the diagnosis and solution; updating information related to performed interventions; being available to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation once a month.
