Job Description
This role requires delivering technical support to customers during design, validation, and production stages. A strong understanding of product capabilities and applications is needed.
Schematic and PCB layout reviews must be conducted to ensure successful design integration.
New business opportunities should be identified, and sales should receive support with technical presentations. Feedback should be gathered from customers to inform product improvements and roadmap alignment. Internal teams must be collaborated with in order to resolve complex technical challenges.
