THE MISSION:

  • Own and evolve our email marketing program while leading our customer data platform across digital channels and direct mail.
  • Sit at the intersection of marketing strategy, data infrastructure, and intelligent automation to drive centralized audience segmentation and AI-first approaches.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Lead audience segment buildout within the CDP, collaborating with data team on events, identity resolution, and integration architecture.
  • Own email marketing end-to-end: campaign strategy, segmentation, automation flows, A/B testing, and performance reporting.
  • Establish data hygiene standards, CAN-SPAM compliance, and subscriber governance framework.

WHO YOU ARE:

  • A data-literate, technically fluent marketer with 6+ years in email or growth marketing and hands-on CDP experience (Twilio Segment preferred).
  • Proficient in marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot) and experienced in cross-functional collaboration with data engineering and analytics.
  • Knowledgeable in CAN-SPAM, deliverability, list hygiene, and omni-channel orchestration.
