Job Description
Implement and adapt existing analytic tools for high dimensional data analysis. Development and application of data-analytical and theoretical methods, mathematical modeling and computational simulation techniques. Write programs in R and Python. Help to develop new analytic pipelines and tool. The Ajami Lab (OHSU) is building next-generation tools to decode how immune cells, especially microglia, shape the course of neurodegenerative diseases like Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, and ALS. The lab's vision is to reverse-engineer the immune system in the brain using patients samples and cutting-edge single-cell and spatial omics.
