Senior Implementation Consultant

HRchitect is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant to assist clients with the implementation and support of WorkForce Software. Responsibilities include project planning and analysis, project management, documenting configuration requirements, configuring WorkForce Software, facilitating user acceptance testing, coordinating deployment activities, and providing training. The ideal candidate will have previous WorkForce Software experience, strong communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong time management and multi-tasking skills are required. Must be able to work remotely from a home office in North America. Implementation consulting experience is a must, along with experience leading implementations from beginning to end. Certifications in WorkForce Functional Implementations and Configuration are required. Additional certifications such as FPC, CPP, HRIP, PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or PMP are a plus. Must have five or more years of experience in a SaaS environment and three or more years of experience working with WFS in an implementation capacity.
