Job Description

Job Overview:

  • Coordination and steering of topics and projects in the area of „SW Asset Management (SAM) & Target Licensing“ in „Supplier & License Management“ (SLM).
  • Tool based management of licenses and internal charging of licenses.
  • License consulting and recommendation for platform decisions based on licensing impacts.

Qualifications:

  • Very good knowledge in license metrics and license policies of strategic relevant software suppliers.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes or ISO/IEC 19770 standards relevant to IT asset management.
  • Knowledge of Cloud Licensing Models such as Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform.

Required Skills:

  • Very good knowledge of Software Asset Management Tools (i.e. Flexera, USU, Raynet).
  • Automation and Scripting Knowledge - PowerShell, Python – to support data extraction, license analysis, and reporting automation.
  • Language skills: German (B2) and English (B2).
