Senior Business Systems Analyst - CPQ

Play a crucial part in transforming how Oura manages sales quoting technology for the Commercial organization. This is a high-impact, senior individual contributor role focused on advancing our use of Configure Price Quote “CPQ” software Dealhub, which supports Oura’s commercial quoting and needs for the B2B and Partnerships sales teams. You’ll be the go-to expert driving the discovery, design, and delivery of solutions that simplify sales quoting workflows, improve user experience, and strengthen compliance.

Own and manage Oura’s CPQ system Dealhub, partnering closely with Oura’s RevOps, IT, and Product teams. Lead end-to-end delivery of CPQ projects — from discovery through rollout — aligning solutions with business goals. Manage the ongoing operational maintenance of sales SKUs, pricing, and product configurations, and lead efforts to incorporate new products, currencies, and changes across the product catalog. Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and system enhancements. Create and maintain comprehensive systems documentation, including use cases, data flows, and process diagrams. Support change management efforts with cross functional partners for successful adoption of technologies and capabilities by end users.
