About the Role:
- Bridge tax and accounting teams to optimize books for tax delivery.
- Act as subject matter expert and advisor to internal teams.
- Lead a team as the function scales.
What You'll Do:
- Understand complex members' financial backgrounds and identify optimization opportunities.
- Support team of bookkeepers and tax staff through mentoring and feedback.
- Manage complex-tier members, review books and tax returns, and handle escalations.
What You'll Bring:
- Active CPA, EA, or JD with 5+ years experience.
- Technical proficiency in complex books and tax preparation.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate tax complexity into scalable workflows.
