Job Description

The Digital Copywriter is a key contributor to Montu’s fast-paced, high-performing B2C Marketing team. This role is responsible for producing persuasive, user-first digital content that converts, with a strong focus on social media, performance marketing, and website copy. Montu is seeking a strategic, conceptual thinker who blends creativity with conversion thinking, is fluent in UX writing principles, and knows how to reduce cognitive load while delivering compelling brand messages.

Write high-converting copy for performance campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, Tiktok, Youtube, and emerging channels. Own the creation of website copy and landing page content with a focus on user experience, conversion rate optimisation (CRO), and clarity. Iterate based on performance data.

Develop consistent, on-brand messaging across marketing touchpoints including website, blogs, emails, social media, and internal materials. Synthesise real patient insights to shape persuasive, patient-first messaging to be leveraged across all channels and mediums.
