Role:
- You lead the information security strategy and ISMS for the Vektor Group, working hands-on with the IT team.
- Your focus is ISO 27001 certification under BSI IT-Grundschutz and NIS-2 compliance.
Your Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain the group-wide ISMS, including risk analysis, policy framework, and internal audits.
- Coordinate certification audits and implement NIS-2 reporting and corrective action processes.
- Manage incident response, third-party risks, and support customer trust processes.
Your Qualifications:
- Several years as Information Security Officer with proven BSI IT-Grundschutz and ISO 27001 experience.
- Strong risk management and communication skills; German C1 and English B2 minimum.
