- Run AP reports, track and make payments
- Process and record vendor invoices in internal systems
- Coordinate vendor payments and notify vendors when payments have been completed

- Maintain and update various reports to stakeholders (monthly finance report, cost center report)
- Support stakeholders by ensuring financial data is accurate and up to date
Data Entry:
- Maintain and update financial data across multiple internal platforms
- Ensure data accuracy, organization, and consistency across systems
