Product Manager

Seeking a curious, entrepreneurial, data-driven, and user-focused Product Manager to join our Care Navigation Pod, which is re-imagining how clients are guided into the right care at the right time. In this role, you’ll help shape and execute the roadmap for our Unified Front Door and activation flow, ensuring clients experience a seamless journey from onboarding through engagement. You’ll partner closely with cross-functional peers in Engineering, Design, App Science, and Growth Product Marketing while reporting directly to the Head of Product. Be the voice of our users. Conduct high-impact user research and leverage user feedback in all its forms to accurately capture and represent member needs. Own critical roadmap areas. Take responsibility for a significant portion of the Care Navigation roadmap, including Unified Front Door initiatives. Translate strategy into clear, prioritized features that meaningfully improve activation and client yield. Drive end-to-end product development. Lead discovery, ideation, scoping, execution, and launch of user-centric features. Define key performance metrics, analyze outcomes, and continuously optimize.
