Junior Data Engineer (Healthcare Data Operations)

As a Data Engineer, you will help manage and deliver clinical datasets to our customers, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and usability throughout the process. This role is not focused on building large-scale software systems — instead, it requires someone who enjoys working with a mix of tools, processes, and lightweight scripting to get things done. Your responsibilities will include: Operating and supporting internal data workflows using a range of tools and platforms, proactively monitoring and improving data operation pipelines as well as debugging and resolving data related issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams — clinical, engineering, product, and commercial — to support project delivery, performing quality checks and supporting de-identification efforts to ensure patient privacy, following and reinforcing Segmed’s compliance policies and data security protocols and managing multiple projects and shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.
