Head of Banking Operations

As a Head of Banking Operations, you will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of Mercury's banking operations ecosystem. This is a pivotal role for someone excited by both the systems thinking and regulatory precision needed to deliver effortless customer experiences while ensuring operational excellence, and driving impactful collaborations that align with our business objectives. You will lead multiple operations teams, drive operational and strategic planning, and define and document new processes. You will also act as a cross-functional bridge between our external partners and the rest of the organization. Your team will own onboarding for our RIA, money movement operations with our partners, and manage customer lifecycle changes. You will work on impactful projects to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of banking operations by working directly with our Partnerships, EPD, and Compliance teams.
