Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of designing, developing, and perfecting operational dashboards using Power BI
- Collaborate with Cloud, Network, and Database teams to ensure dashboards reflect accurate operational data
- Provide consultative guidance on building frameworks for reporting on Service Level Objectives
Requirements:
- Strong experience in Power BI development, dashboarding, and reporting frameworks
- Deep understanding of ITSM processes, SLOs, and Availability Management
- Competency with connecting Power BI to Azure and AWS data sources
