Job Description
The Lead AI Specialist will lead the end-to-end development of AI solutions—from research and design to deployment and monitoring.
Define and maintain the AI roadmap in collaboration with executive and technical leadership.
Evaluate emerging AI technologies and guide strategic adoption aligned with Theoria’s goals.
Serve as the primary decision-maker for AI model architecture, deployment strategies, and frameworks.
The Lead AI Specialist will develop and optimize machine learning and deep learning models for real-world healthcare applications and ensure model accuracy, performance, and compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
