Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician

Provide high-quality therapeutic services to clients, ensuring their mental health and well-being. The Therapist III is responsible for conducting assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating with internal and external professionals. This role includes providing clinical supervision for licensure to eligible staff, supporting their professional development and ensuring compliance with licensing requirements. The Therapist III also participates in outreach and marketing efforts to promote services and attract new referrals, contributing to the overall mission of delivering comprehensive mental health care. They perform comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to determine individuals’ needs and appropriate interventions. They will also create individualized treatment plans and deliver therapeutic interventions in various settings.
