Job Description
The Program Manager is a global role responsible for helping with the day-to-day elements of our award-winning Partner Program, including working globally and cross-functionally to strengthen program efficiency and channel scale through frictionless selling initiatives. This role helps develop and architect our partner program strategy and ongoing transformation, applying first-principles thinking to deconstruct complex problems and design pragmatic, high-impact solutions. One must synthesize diverse data sources into actionable insights to enable clear, confident decision-making at all levels of the organization. They will drive AI-enabled initiatives to streamline processes, increase efficiency, and unlock new sources of value, owning timelines, mitigating risks, and ensuring results with visibility and accountability.
