Responsibilities:

-Assess existing learning materials and resources to determine their effectiveness.
-Translate learning objectives to design and develop engaging learning experiences.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in instructional design and corporate learning.
- Experience using modern authoring tools and basic multimedia tools.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methods.
Skills:
-Strong communication and collaboration skills.
-Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
-Familiarity with learning management systems.
