Senior Engineering Manager, Data

Challenge:

• Real estate finance data is complex: high-volume, multi-source, time-sensitive, and often messy.
• Build a data engine that is trusted, fast, composable, self-serve, and reliable.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and grow the team by coaching engineers, hiring top talent, and fostering an inclusive culture.
• Own the data platform strategy from architecture to roadmap to best practices.
• Deliver high-quality systems with observability, SLAs, and cost optimization.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of engineering management experience leading data engineering or data platform teams in a high-growth environment.
• Hands-on familiarity with Snowflake, DBT, or Sigma with proven ability to scale systems and teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
