Responsibilities:
- Lead learning experiences in accordance with the school's innovative educational model.
- Provide both formative and summative feedback to support student growth and project completion.
- Manage the virtual classroom to maintain a positive, consistent, and engaging learning environment.
Requirements:
- Secondary or postsecondary teaching experience, with honors-level expertise in specified Humanities or STEM subjects.
- Desirable experience in virtual learning, independent learning methodologies, and a variety of tech tools.
- Bonus consideration for startup environment experience and a passion for project-based education.
Location and Logistics:
- Must be located within the United States and available to work across U.S. time zones.
- Role involves both short-term on-call and long-term planned substitute teaching assignments.
- Includes paid training sessions for selected candidates to prepare for the virtual teaching work.
