About the Role:
- You will be an integral part of the Services Intelligence teams, combining cutting-edge technology and advanced threat intelligence analysis methodologies.
- You will deliver high-impact briefings to ERM customers.
- This is a remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor customer environments on the ERM intelligence platform and produce actionable intelligence alerts and reports.
- Investigate urgent issues affecting customers, such as cyber attacks and incidents, including threat actors, attack tools, and techniques.
- Resolve Tier 1 technical issues customers may experience on the ERM intelligence platform.
Qualifications:
- You must have a background in WEBINT, OSINT, and HUMINT gathering, source verification, data fusion, and intelligence analysis.
- Experience using SaaS platforms is required.
- You must be a team player eager to learn new methods and develop yourself and your team.
