Senior Data Scientist

We are looking for Senior Data Scientist for iChange modules. The objective of iChange is to create a platform that aids users and stakeholders of IT Services in making data-driven decisions. By utilizing various technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, and ITIL Process data, iChange aims to develop tools and modules that assist in IT Operations. As a central point and data analytics interface, iChange provides a streamlined solution for connecting various data sources. In addition to supporting Change Management, it also offers solutions for other ITIL fields such as Incident Management, Problem Management, and Service Level Management. The aim of iChange is to help IT services and support data-driven decisions and have an efficient platform that supports users and stakeholders of IT Services. Responsibilities include Analyzing and evaluating complex databases using advanced analytics methods, data modeling/structuring, statistical analyses with machine learning techniques, creating cost estimations, data transformation, and development of evaluation and control tools for different data sources.
