Oversee the content workflow for 500+ monthly creator campaigns, ensuring every brief, script, and piece of messaging is optimized for impact and delivered seamlessly. This role is at the heart of the Sponsorships Team, helping to design content strategy, run creative tests, and deliver messaging that resonates with new and existing audiences across YouTube, Instagram, newsletters, and emerging platforms. Partner with Directors to develop and implement a comprehensive influencer content strategy across existing platforms and build strategies to reach new demographics and explore untapped platforms. Design and maintain a scalable, efficient workflow to manage sponsorship content from ideation to delivery. Track, manage, and evaluate creative testing initiatives and collaborate with Influencer Marketing Managers to create, edit, and refine high-impact creative assets for priority campaigns. Use performance data and audience insights to inform creative direction.
