The Registrar Coordinator ensures the smooth operation of academic programs and processes, contributing to the success of students. This role involves managing student records, coordinating various activities, and providing exceptional service to students and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include providing operational support to the Registrarβs Office, evaluating transcripts for validity, handling inquiries from students and departments, acting as a liaison for transcript-related activities, and documenting all received transcripts in the Campus Management System. The coordinator will also assist with resolving student issues, auditing documents to ensure compliance, and upholding the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and other applicable laws. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
