Global Mobility Business & Systems Specialist

The Global Mobility Business & Systems Specialist will assess, design, and implement technology solutions that solve business problems and promote the growth of Hitachi’s Global Mobility capabilities. The role will engage with internal and external stakeholders, working as the Business & Systems Integrator throughout the full lifecycle of solution development to generate successful business outcomes. It will also monitor services delivery to ensure unpredicted systems disruptions will not impact the availability of continuous service. Being a subject matter expert in technology solutions and familiar with the day-to-day operation of international mobility programs, the Global Mobility Business & Systems Specialist will provide guidance across the enterprise ensuring value and innovative solutions are implemented for all aspects of Global Mobility to the Hitachi Group Companies. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include consulting with Business stakeholders and Mobility stakeholders/users to determine business requirements, functional requirements, Mobility system needs and business change-management impacts; supporting the design and development of Mobility systems; and proactively managing, prioritizing and documenting business requirements.
