The Actuarial Analyst at Virta Health will play a crucial role in quantifying program impact, owning customer reporting, and enhancing the analytics stack. This role involves:
- Performing actuarial and claims analyses to quantify program value.
- Delivering standardized financial and clinical outcome reporting for customers.
- Automating workflows, enhancing documentation, and championing best practices.
Additionally, the Actuarial Analyst will co-engineer predictive models and drive cross-functional impact.
- Collaborating with data scientists to build and iterate financial models.
- Partnering with Commercial and broader teams on projects.
- Handling stakeholder and client inquiries regarding data and models.
