The Consulting Team is responsible for leveraging business and technical expertise to deliver innovative solutions for customers, enabling them to enhance operational efficiency, solve business challenges, and implement cutting-edge technologies.
The role combines business and technical knowledge with strategic insight to enable digital transformation and support customers in achieving their business goals. This includes end-to-end involvement in project delivery, enhancements, release management, and long-term support.
You will gain deep insight into customer business challenges, technology requirements, and strategic objectives to translate into clear, actionable guidance for internal teams. Take full ownership of end-to-end implementation including product configuration, system migration, and comprehensive testing. Lead meetings and communications with customers throughout the entire lifecycle, building trust and confidence.
