Job Description
Natera is seeking a skilled, self-motivated, and hands-on Engineering Manager to lead a software development team in the Oncology domain. You will lead and grow a team of full-stack and UI engineers building critical web applications and services. You will drive technical roadmap execution and architectural decisions. You will manage project delivery, resource allocation, and sprint planning. The following technologies are specifically desirable: Experience with programming in Java framework such as Spring, Experience with programming in JavaScript frameworks such as NextJS, Experience with cloud providers, AWS is preferred. Strong understanding of software development methodologies and healthcare IT experience is beneficial.
