Job Description
As Creative Strategist, you will play a key role in driving digital advertising performance through strategic creative planning, innovation, testing, and optimization. You should be comfortable synthesizing insights into a compelling story and juggling multiple project timelines. Analyzing complex data sets to create succinct, actionable creative insights should be something you are passionate about. You will ensure adherence to brand guidelines and proactively propose and execute creative tests that help evolve best practices, while serving as a liaison between Media, Client, and Creative Production teams.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in growth marketing with a specific focus on creative strategy and testing and direct experience managing Meta/GDN/Amazon/TikTok ad creative. Key responsibilities include creative testing & performance insights, project & process management, client & internal communication, and strategy & cross-functional collaboration.
