The Solutions Engineering team is focused on enhancing the Polkadot ecosystem by developing and maintaining tools, providing support to builders and businesses, and ensuring smooth releases of the Polkadot SDK and Runtime. They are looking for leaders who have a user-focused mindset and can lead their team to deliver the highest impact to Polkadot’s success. As a Solutions Engineering Team Lead, you will manage and grow a team of software engineers, collaborate across the company to deliver complex projects, work with leadership to define the roadmap and priorities for the team to have the biggest impact, work with customers to understand their needs and help Parity address them better, and work with cutting-edge, decentralised protocols.
