Role Overview:
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert for clinical data completeness and effectiveness.
- Own end-to-end understanding of clinical data lifecycle, from sources to integration pathways.
- Shape vendor strategy, facility targeting, and data pipeline investments through analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct deep-dive analyses across structured claims, CCDAs, and ADT messages.
- Evaluate and recommend technical configurations for data vendors like Bamboo Health and HSX.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Clinical teams to ensure data quality.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of hands-on data analytics experience with healthcare data interoperability.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with large healthcare datasets.
- Strong investigative mindset and ability to present complex findings to diverse stakeholders.
