Associate Director of List Matching

The Associate Director of List Matching is responsible for developing and implementing data matching strategies and assessing list match feasibility. You will serve as a subject matter expert, participating in client discussions and providing feedback on target lists. The role requires collaborating with the sales team, troubleshooting project delays, and analyzing list match results. You will also define and maintain data matching standards and best practices, partner with engineering on tool developments, and liaise with the Compliance team. This role involves training and education on the list match product, with a need for strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate should have extensive market research experience and a thorough understanding of the market research fieldwork industry. Serving as an internal advocate to monitor and ensure compliance with M3’s ISO quality management system. The candidate must adhere to all processes and relevant guidelines.
