The Talent Acquisition Specialist will support recruitment across all functions, with a primary focus on Go-To-Market roles - especially in sales. You'll take ownership of hiring across the US, while also supporting hiring efforts in other regions, including the UK and wider EMEA. This is a great opportunity to play a key role in building a high-performing, global team. Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, you'll work closely with a collaborative and supportive team of 4 recruiters based in the UK and India.
You'll lead the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and standout experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Responsibilities include talent attraction, selection, and assessment; stakeholder partnership; data-driven improvement; candidate experience; and compliance and quality assurance.
