BC/DR Specialist

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BC/DR) Specialist to join our fully remote team. In this role, you’ll lead the development, implementation, and testing of strategies that ensure our business operations remain resilient and recoverable in the face of disruption. You’ll collaborate with teams across time zones to build a culture of preparedness, minimize downtime, and support enterprise continuity goals. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining BC/DR policies, conducting Business Impact Analyses, designing and executing remote testing, collaborating with IT and Security, staying current with industry practices, creating documentation, leading training, monitoring threats, and supporting incident response. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree, a minimum of 3 years of experience in BC/DR planning, knowledge of BC/DR frameworks, hands-on experience recovering cloud environments, and strong communication skills.
