Position Description:
- As a member of the Risk Management team, develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Conduct onsite field audits, employee trainings, and regulatory interactions to minimize risk.
- Assist with compliance documentation and support ongoing growth through exceptional customer service.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science/Engineering, Safety Studies, or related field preferred.
- Three years of Environmental Health & Safety experience preferred.
- Ability to speak publicly, build relationships, and work independently with strong computer skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Annual base salary range between $70-85k, eligible for quarterly bonus and travel allowances.
- Full benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401k with company match, and more.
- Remote position based in Newark, NJ with frequent client visits and overnight travel 1-2 weeks per quarter.
