Position Description:

  • As a member of the Risk Management team, develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Conduct onsite field audits, employee trainings, and regulatory interactions to minimize risk.
  • Assist with compliance documentation and support ongoing growth through exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science/Engineering, Safety Studies, or related field preferred.
  • Three years of Environmental Health & Safety experience preferred.
  • Ability to speak publicly, build relationships, and work independently with strong computer skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Annual base salary range between $70-85k, eligible for quarterly bonus and travel allowances.
  • Full benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401k with company match, and more.
  • Remote position based in Newark, NJ with frequent client visits and overnight travel 1-2 weeks per quarter.
