Community Advocate

We’re looking for a passionate Community Advocate to join us and help build, nurture, and scale our Discord community from the ground up—making Recraft not just a tool, but a vibrant home for creators. This position involves taking ownership of the entire Discord community experience by onboarding new users, moderating discussions, and gathering feedback. Responsibilities include creating and curating educational and inspiring content, setting up processes to collect and analyze community sentiment, and designing engaging events to foster user delight. The role also includes building and maintaining channels tailored for different user segments, monitoring community health through metrics, and collaborating with product, marketing, and UX teams to integrate community insights into the product roadmap. You'll be the voice of users, championing their needs and ensuring their feedback shapes Recraft’s evolution.
