Job Description
This role supports the design, iteration, and adoption of AI workstreams at Ennoble Care from the clinical side and will act as product owners in miniature: sourcing opportunities, drafting and testing AI agents, and driving adoption with providers and staff. The employee will be a strong independent contributor—comfortable both designing and operationalizing solutions, and working directly with clinical leaders, back-office teams, and future AI engineers.
Responsibilities include partnering with clinical, operational, and back-office teams to identify high-value AI opportunities; drafting, testing, and refining AI agents (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) for workflows such as documentation, scheduling, enrollment, or RCM; translating workflows into prompts, playbooks, and design specs for engineers; driving adoption and change management: train users, gather feedback, and measure ROI; monitoring performance of deployed agents and propose refinements; conducting research on available models/tools and recommend best-fit solutions; and supporting governance and compliance guardrails for safe AI use.
