Job Description
As a Senior Director at ROI, you are a key member of an account team, dedicated to supporting client success through change enablement, communication strategy, execution and communication ecosystem support. In this role, you are responsible for overseeing discrete client projects from start to finish, or may direct workstreams of a larger, complex client engagement. Our ideal candidate has experience in overseeing a communication or engagement team within large, complex organizations, developing and executing strategic communication and engagement plans, building strong client relationships and teams, and working in fast-paced, high-energy environments. Act as overall project leadership to Direct the program or project for a client and manage the day-to-day client relationship. Enable teamβs high performance through clear expectations, feedback, guidance and support.
