Head of Product

Responsibilities:

• Partner with the CEO on strategy, challenge assumptions, and define a roadmap with clear success criteria.
• Own the product portfolio, making recommendations on initiatives and managing tradeoffs across future bets.
• Lead and develop the product team, setting performance standards and accountability for hiring and coaching.

Execution:

• Drive cross-functional work with Engineering, BD, and Marketing, implementing product operating standards and getting into details when necessary.
• Define and track product KPIs to ensure shipped products produce measurable business value and champion a data-driven culture.
• Synthesize customer and market signals into clear product decisions, acting as the primary voice for user and market insights.

Qualifications:

• Bring 5–10+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years managing teams across product, design, and research.
• Demonstrate a proven track record as a people manager, building healthy, high-functioning teams and coaching for growth and outcomes.
• Possess deep product craft skills, including structured discovery, PRD writing, and ruthless prioritization based on effort versus impact.
• Have a required background in traditional finance or regulated asset markets, with DeFi/crypto fluency preferred and strong technical depth including AI integration.
