Accountabilities:
- Provide senior PM leadership and strategic oversight for drug development programs, serving as a strategic partner to the Program Global Product Leader.
- Own and drive integrated program plans and critical paths, organizing key team meetings and maintaining detailed timelines and dashboards.
- Identify dependencies, risks, and issues while driving mitigation strategies and facilitating cross-functional communications for project updates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field with an advanced degree preferred, plus 12+ years in biotechnology/pharmaceuticals and 7+ years in project/program management.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrix organization with strong strategic thinking and proven PM fundamentals in meeting, timeline, and risk management.
- Proactive operation under competing priorities, strong interpersonal and influence skills, and excellent facilitation and communication abilities.
- Preference for formal PM training, oncology drug development experience, and familiarity with project/portfolio management tools.
