People Program Manager

This is a flexible, cross-functional role that touches multiple facets of the employee experience. You'll collaborate across teams, drive programs and projects that align with company goals, and jump in where needed to solve complex challenges and create scalable solutions. If you love variety, problem-solving, and building from the ground up, this role is for you. Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of people programs, from planning and design through execution and evaluation. Establish and manage timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication. Leverage change management strategies to ensure successful adoption and sustainability of programs. Engage with stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement and buy-in across a variety of cyclical and non-cyclical people programs. Track project and program performance using qualitative and quantitative data in an effort to enhance and optimize future work streams.
