Contract Recruiter - Course Talent Operations

The greatest strength of Springboard’s model of education is the people who make it possible — our mentors, live instructors, and coaches across Tech and Allied Health. As a Contract Recruiter on the Course Talent Operations team, you’ll play a key role in building and scaling that community. You’ll manage end-to-end hiring operations for mentors, live instructors, and coaches across both Allied Health and Tech programs. You will review, screen, and assess candidates using recruiting tools and standardized scorecards for both technical and healthcare expertise. Evaluate candidates’ communication, professionalism, and teaching/mentorship potential, ensuring alignment with Springboard’s learner-first approach. Partner with the Course Talent team to develop and iterate on sourcing and acquisition strategies for niche roles. Collaborate cross-functionally with Program Operations, Student Success, and Learning teams to ensure timely hiring aligned with cohort and course launch needs. Support improvements to our mentor/instructor onboarding experience and recruitment processes as we expand into new verticals.
