Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Role Responsibilities:

• Evaluate new image generation and identity preservation research papers and models.
• Design and run experiments to benchmark model performance and track quality metrics.
• Fine-tune and optimize models to improve character consistency and reduce inference latency.

Required Expertise:

• Deep technical foundation in machine learning, specifically in image synthesis and AI image generation.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience, preferably in services, with 2+ years building production-grade machine learning models.
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience deploying Python-based services.

Infrastructure & Collaboration:

• Familiarity with tools like Stable Diffusion, PyTorch, TensorRT, and CUDA for AI image generation.
• Experience building scalable ML infrastructure with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• Strong teamwork skills for communication and collaboration with both technical and non-technical team members.
