Data Analytics Lead

This role involves leading the development of analytics tools and models, and creating informed recommendations to attract and retain top-performing drivers, identify and reduce operational risk, and improve fleet health and efficiency. The Data Analytics Lead will work cross-functionally with Customer Experience, Operations, and Product teams to turn complex, real-world data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for our business. This includes analyzing customer feedback, interaction data, payments, maintenance records, telematics, product usage, and fleet operations. Responsibilities include building an understanding of driver retention and churn, scoring drivers based on behavior, building models to flag risks, identifying patterns in vehicle maintenance, defining and automating policies for better pricing, and rolling out dashboards and alerting tools for operations teams. The ideal candidate will have experience turning messy datasets into clean decisions, running customer surveys, building impactful tools, and possessing a sharp business sense with the ability to think in margin, lifetime value, and cost per issue.
