Talent Engagement:

• Use creative networking to track down top talent globally.
• Craft bespoke outreach strategies that sell the vision of the group's success stories.
• Manage seamless relocation and integration of international hires into the Hamburg headquarters.

AI Workflow:

• Be exceptionally comfortable using existing AI-driven sourcing and screening tools.
• Participate in building new internal AI workflows to keep the talent acquisition engine cutting-edge.
• Treat sourcing like a research project, being relentless in the pursuit of the best candidates.
