Business Analyst

You will act as the key bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business requirements are accurately captured and translated into effective solutions. You’ll work closely with project managers, developers, and end users to optimize processes, design solutions, and ensure successful project delivery. You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify, document, and analyze business needs and objectives. You will also evaluate existing business processes to identify areas for improvement or optimization. You will work with technical teams to propose solutions that align with business requirements and constraints. You will create detailed documentation, including business requirement documents (BRDs) and functional specifications. You will communicate effectively in English with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding. You will also assist in testing solutions to ensure they meet business needs, and support stakeholders through the implementation phase.
