Role Overview:
- This position is a technical leadership role responsible for defining and governing the enterprise data model.
- It reports to the Chief Data & Analytics Officer and guides development of high-quality data products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce and maintain enterprise data modeling artifacts including ERDs and attribute-level mappings.
- Design and govern the Silver layer canonical model and Gold layer dimensional models.
- Perform architectural design reviews and maintain architecture decision records.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field required.
- 8+ years in data architecture or engineering, with 3+ years in a senior architect role.
- Experience with Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, and Workday strongly preferred.
