Job Description
This role involves building and sending email and SMS campaigns using HubSpot or HighLevel, keeping social media accounts up-to-date, and managing a 30-day content calendar. The coordinator will create visuals and video edits using Canva, CapCut, or Figma, automate tasks using Zapier or Make, analyze performance with Sheets/Excel, and support sales enablement with process docs for global teams. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience with marketing CRMs, success running cross-channel campaigns, and skills in visual and video content creation. Bonus experience includes working in a fast-paced agency environment and familiarity with AI tools for content creation.
